8:30 இது உண்மை பசியுடன் இருந்தால் கவலை அதிகமாகும் ஆனால் சாப்பிட்ட பிறகு நமக்கு ஊட்டச்சத்து கிடைத்துவிடும் நம் மனக்கவலை குறைந்துவிடும் நன்றாக தூங்கி எழுந்தால் அந்த கவலையை எதிர்கொள்ளும் திறன் வந்துவிடும் இதுவே உண்மை!!!

தற்கொலை எண்ணம் வரும்பொழுது உங்களை நம்பி வாழும் ஒரு ஜீவன் அல்லது நீங்கள் யாருடைய எதிர்காலமாக( உங்கள் பெற்றோர்க்கு நீங்கள் தான் எதிர்காலம்) இருப்பவர்களை நினைத்துப் பாருங்கள்! நீங்கள் இல்லாவிடில் எவ்வளவு சீர் அழியுவார்கள் என்று எண்ணிப்பாருங்கள்! தற்கொலை எண்ணம் தெருமுனையோடு ஓடி விடும்!

Hi All, Im also sharing few things that how I came out of depression. This also may help. Please try to follow this, 1. First of all, listen to your favourite music 2. Dont be alone!! Go out with friends with whom you are comfortable. 3. Take a vacation 4. Speak to new people (this is important) 5. Be occupied Diverting your mind is more important!

On stressful times: 1. Don't compare yourself. Be unique and love yourself. 2. Watch Comedy movies, troll videos or any other favorite videos with your favorite food 3. Think " Today only is a sad time. Not at tomorrow" 4. Eat and Sleep more 5. Tap a phone call with your crazy friends. Share your beautiful memories. Don't share your emotions with negative peoples. Hey guys. My humble request to everyone. I could sense your sadness for his death. However, please don't write your caption as "couldn't believe this, he shouldn't have done this,...." Let's write "You'll be remembered for your hardwork and accomplishments forever. we love you. You deserve happiness wherever you are!........" Don't be emotional. It would be hard to tolerate his demise if you use your emotion. We never know what he had been through. Somehow he felt like, suicide was the only option. Of course, he shouldn't have done this. But, let's respect his decision though it isn't commendable. He has done a lot of achievements. He deserves our praises for his success. And don't forget that sadness is not going to change anything rather it makes him as a tragic person. So, be proud of him & do remember him for his accomplishments instead of remembering him for his suicide. All I wanna say is, future should remember him for his accomplishments rather than for his suicide! Hope you'll understand what I'm trynna say!

I am a 25 years old girl. While crossing quarantine I felt so much depressed. I felt so bad to be trapped inside the house. Felt very hard. So I felt I am not going in a correct path so I kept my self bz in some of my house holds works and talking and playing with my sisters. Sharing and caring whole family I kept my self bz. When we have any problem or feeling sad we want to spend some time with our friends..like that i used to watch ur videos. friends reduce our stress & give confidence...i felt the same..while watching ur vedios... no one give better sollution than u because ur points are always very practical & realistic thanks a lot bro..🙏

💐 காலம் ஆற்றாத காயமில்லை. கலைந்து போகாத மேகமில்லை எந்த இரவும் விடியும் எந்த பொழுதும் முடியும் வருந்தினால் துயர், பெருந்துராம்.! வேண்ட வேண்ட தொழத்தொழ பெருக்கெடுக்கும் கொடுந்துயரம்!! இதைப் புரிந்து இடைவிடா இயக்கத்தில் ஈடுபடுதலே மனமருந்து. நன்றி நண்பரே.
