Studies show that athletes throw harder when they increase their stride length. The current benchmark is having a stride length of at least 80% of your body height.
There are a number of ways to improve your stride length, but one of the most important factors is making mechanical adjustments to direct your energy down the mound and toward home plate.
In this video, we demonstrate a simple adjustment that added 6 inches to this player's stride length.
