Thrift stores are great for cutecore on a budget! (& environmentally conscious) All the thrift stores I go to have huge bins of plushies and plenty of toys like mlp. Maybe you could get creative and make anime figures out of thrifted barbies? There's also those glow stars, you stick them to the ceiling and it makes a night sky in your room, those are pretty cheap iirc, definitely one of the best things I've ever bought 10/10 :3

Honestly this video work kind of for everyone ! Tho you will need to change some things, example: the plushies would be needed to be more colourful to make a childhood girl’s room, the video work for anything but ofc you will need to change the colors shown in the video and the aesthetic :3 hope this helped !
