What do you consider a passed assessment because deltas assessment gives you your top 3 talents based on the way you answered the question but not like a pass or fail.

Thank you so much for this Abbie...I will tell you what tripped me up! How they will ask you the same thing slightly different ways and according to how it was asked you might change your answer. It doesn't mean you are tricking the test (that you gave different answers) but there might be different situations where your answer may slightly vary. I may be able to take the lead in a situation and answered that I can lead or like to lead...but then maybe in another situation with other people more experienced in a slightly different situation...maybe I would step back and let them take more of a lead. I did start to question myself realizing this, so I felt so confused by this slightly tweak of an answer. Suddenly I felt scared I did something wrong! I want to be completely me and completely honest yet changing that answer slightly according to thinking "well.....maybe in some situations..." feels like I now answered wrong or worse what they might think was "tricking the test!" 🥺

Consistency is key otherwise it will come across as contradictory. Hopefully you successfully passed that phase of the process.

Mine didn’t tell me that certain boxes meant you were neutral or highly agree. There were just three boxes under the scenarios
