One of favorite hygiene tips are to number 1, use a rag to scrub! I know some people are iffy about wash clothes but they really get you clean after an active day! Number 2, id say, make sure to carry wipes after using the restroom away from home, so that you can eliminate odor and sweat throughout the day as well! 🌷🎀🩷
