New subscriber... Nice tips... Thanks for sharing mam. Having one doubt, could you clarify? Oil or butter which is good for making cake? Will butter harder the texture of cake if we keep it fridge?

Hello Indumathi! Welcome! Thank you! I prefer oil, because it's not too rich in taste and helps to retain the moisture of the cake from drying out. But you can also use butter if you wanted your cake to be richer and creamier. Yes, cakes made with butter will be harder and will dry out too soon. You can also add half the butter and half the oil in your cake (if you prefer)

Hi mam . I have one small doubt . How to store the baked sponge for the next day frosting ? Is it ok to keep in room temperature with cling wrap or it is necessary to keep in fridge ?

No harm in leaving it out @room temperture for a day. But I prefer refrigerating the sponges covered with clingwrap as soon as it's cooled completely.

Is it necessary to write greetings to the one who orders the cake... Cos I hav seen many home bakers video.. Most of them attach a greeting note to cake box

It's not mandatory or something like that. But if you do, then that's more like a personalized gift to your customers from you and in return they might become your loyal customers.
