Bitter Sweet to actually hear and learn the skiff build is coming to an end very soon. We knew it was coming all along, but still. What a great show about building the skiff. Lou - Thanks for all the good work and the teaching, and to TotalBoat and You Tube for making this series possible. I guess I'll have to train myself to just understand what's next. Also can't wait to see it float and do what it is meant to do. Just hope the soon to be new owner puts videos on You Tube so we can see how it's doing and knows the value of this skiff throughout the ages. I really hope there is another series for another boat and soon. To all the other folks watching and commenting; Your comments and questions just as interesting as the build too. Thanks Again. Beautiful Boat indeed.

Thanks! I waited for a long time for this particular technique demonstratrated. I am glad to finally to see it. Also, I stopped and watched a shipwright repairing a deadrise boat is the local boatyard in Reedville Va. He was replacing the floor planking amidships.
