I always liked how you describe the emotional and mental toll that Lnik must be going through with his adventures. In the end of Ocarina he's basically an unknown/forgotten hero. No one will ever know what he did or what he went through to save Hyrule. In this game, he tries to be that same hero, trying to save this new land but fails. He's forced to watch his new friends die time and time again in a seemingly endless loop. All as a child too. My boy Lnik is gonna need some therapy after all this.

As a young teen I _devoured_ this game and its possible playthroughs. At a point, I mapped out a way to beat every dungeon and fulfill as many (meaningful) sidequests in a one-cycle path to beating the game. It only felt meaningful to finish things if I'd done all the things that made me feel like I made an impact.

You have such a captivating and wonderful voice for story telling. I am particularly grateful that you have taken us through Majora's Mask. Beautifully told and one of my favourite games ever. When I play Majora's mask after completing it, I like to go all round Termina and do good for everyone including the side quests. I beat all the bosses, restore the lands to normal and do every possible side quest for characters like Anju and Kafei, Gorman etc all in one three day cycle before facing Majora. It isn't easy but it can be done! Again thank you very much for this.

My god, I'm relistening to these well working, audio book style, and have been damn near ripping my hair out because parts I remembered were different. Luckily I went back and picked up that these were remakes and I wasn't crazy. We'll I do like the depressive feel of the original series (if I'm remembering right anyways) this is another top shelf quality reading. I prefer more cinematic and in universe feeling lore videos and there's not a lot of people who do that. Yours are some of the best. Take care

It’s crazy listening to you talk about how stressed link is made my chest tighten god even knowing the end it still makes me swing between emotions better than any other Zelda story and some other games I know that might be blasphemous but this is hands down the best narrative when it comes to Zelda botw and tears may have better gameplay and graphics but they don’t even come close to mask in terms of storytelling

Majora’s Mask is in the Child Hero timeline. Meaning he defeated Gannondorf, went back in time, then went off to look for Navi. Remember at the beginning of the game he’s traveling through The Lost Forrest looking for her when he encounters Skull Kid kicking off the game

This is the N64 version played on the Retroarch emulator. She found a 4k texture pack that she installed but I think it was one of the first ones she found. If you can't find the texture pack I'll try and get the info for you.

I wish you'd be more open that this is YOUR interpretation of the story and not a definitive truth. This entire video really rubbed me the wrong way. This is a total deviation from truth and IMO is akin to a fan fiction. I usually love your content with more linear games but this isn't that. This is a little dishonest and a bit presumptuous about everything.
