15:32 I don't understand why you didn't show the process of joining up the bottom to the side as it is something that complicates all of these kinds of isometric illustrations. I've been struggling with a gameboy pocket design that is just not cooperating and it would have been immensely helpful to see the process.

Not everything will constrain to the isometric axis. Just draw a line that you think looks good.

Where did you get the Nintendo game boy's images? Like the side view, top view etc.

Foyez Uddin Google Images dude.

Unfortunately, this way (scale 86.062 + shear 30 + rotate -30) produces antialiasing of the oblique lines and can't be considered as a pixel-perfect.

@@TipTut I wonder whether using the iso actions on the image and then tracing directly from them would solve this 🤔 only one way to find out 😉

Aren't CAD tools way better for this purpose? you just need to model it, set the view and make a flatshot. Then you can export it wherever u want
@TipTut6 жыл бұрын
GambozzoBalozzo yeah, but I and many others don't know how to use them!
@TipTut6 жыл бұрын
Anyway, modelling it is just as if not more complicated.
