Hi, there!!❤️
I made Tiramisu Macarons today
in the simplest and easiest way for you.
(It is one of my favorite menu!! ☕️☕️)
You can use coffee jam or coffee extract,
and you can also use mascarpone cheese
or regular cream cheese.

1. What is an oven shower..??
- The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door)
2. How to dry in the oven..?? (high temp.)
- 1st preheating - turn off - put the tray in to the oven (at this time the temperature drops to 90-100℃) - 2nd preheating - start to dry, until the temperature reaches 120℃ again (with open the oven door) - close the door and bake - oven shower
Look at the subtitles in the videos, there is detailed temperature.
3. What is the name of baking mat..??
- This is called a teflon sheet.
4. How long do you whisk meringue or do macaronage with mixer..??
- It's not important how long I did.
Because we have different machines and environment..!
You should check the cocsistency of meringue or mixture frequently.
5. What kind of colors do you use?
- Chefmaster liquid colors
You can get it on 'Amazon.com'
6. Please English subtitle

I can use only easy words.🙈
7. What ia your oven and type..?
- My ovens are UNOX 135 and convection type.
8. Where can I get the templetes..?
- I made all templetes myself and I am not
sharing now.. Sorry..! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
9. Do you left or bake immediately..?
- As I already explained, I do not leave it because I am drying in the oven at high temperatures for 2-3min.
It is a very useful and convenient tip to reduce the time required.
Also you can get shiny and smooth shells.
10. What kind of eggs do you use? fresh eggs or aged eggs?
- I usually use fresh eggs. But' It doesn't matter what kind of eggs you use.
11. Why do you cook in a double boiler?
This is called 'Swiss mering method'. You can
make more stable and strong meringue.

I had never seen macaronage done in a stand mixer before one of of your other videos, I was hesitant to try it but omg is it a game changer!! They came out absolutely perfect and made it a million times easier. Thank you SO much for the amazing tip!!! 😀

Hi ChiTownGal. How long did you mix the dry ingredients? I tried but it didn’t work. Could you tell me for how long did you mix in a stand mixer ? Thank you.

@@richasharma6611 Sure! I added the dry and did about 3 rounds with the mixer all together, with it on for about 30 seconds and stopping to scrape down the bowl in between each round. Make sure u keep it on the lowest setting and kind of hold it up so it's not touching the bottom of the mixing bowl. Then I finished it off by hand just to be sure I had the right consistency. Hope that makes sense! 😬 Sorry to hear they didn't work for you, I've done it twice now and they came out beautifully so definitely keep trying! 🙂

Thank you again for sharing your amazing work and method!! May I ask please, do you (meaning, should I) age them after filling and sandwiching in the fridge at all? And if you were to do it, how would you do that? Before or after covering with cocoa powder? Million thanks for your time :)

Hello, I think you are a macaron genius. The macarons always looks so beautiful. Really want to try some. I also want to ask, if it's possible to make macarons less sweet, cause i want to eat a lot, but the amout of sugar make me feel kind of bad.

I’m tempted to try these although having made years ago I didn’t care for them. Seemed too awfully sweet for my liking. Maybe it was the recipe. I like your videos. 😊💫💫💫

Hay Sugar Bean, i tried to make it today with your Methode. Have enough xperience making macaron, usually i make it with italian Methode. But this time i would say your methode is the best ever. My macarons turn out "out of the world", so pretty using 3 different colours. Your methode require less work as well, i was so xcited. Before bake i let them sit for a while untill no longer stick by touching with Finger. I did't see this step on your video. Do you bake it directly after you pipe them out and dry only for 2-3 minutes in the oven with door open, correct? Thanks for sharing the recipe. Send you love from CH. Hello In some videos you use 160g egg whites 150g sugar. 110g almond flour and 95g caster sugar. on another video you use the same amount of egg whites and sugar but almond flour is 190 and icing sugar 170. What will be the difference between macroons?

Only problem with macaroons in general is the usually wasteful packaging. They are so delicate! But there must be better solutions.

PLEASE, PLEASE... dry and cooking method is not clear first 2 minutes dry with turned off oven then to heat the oven again takes few minutes until you reach the temperature for cooking and then cook them for 14 minutes then oven shower.... By this time macarons have been in the oven for like half an hour they're over cooked and the color fades a lot... Please can you explain or make a whole video only about cooking.... Thank you!!!

No, she turns off the oven and then immediately turns it back on. This is so the oven will beep when it gets back to temp. Then she closes the door and turns the oven to baking temp. Mine will never reach the dry temp with the door open. I just leave it to dry for 2 minutes before closing the door and turning up the heat. Actually, I dry at 300F (150C) and then close the door and keep the same temp.
