Wow. You are definitely a spice lady. I keep very few on hand simply because I never know what to do with most spices. I have a small expandable bamboo spice rack that I use that is 3 high and I just keep it on my microwave because I don't have much cabinet space for what few I do use.

I like to keep my spices in the freezer, so they don't lose their potency. They cost too much to replace. The freezer keeps things like garlic and onion powder from clumping together.

this is with the topic but sort of OFF the topic too... i see all sorts of 'prepper' people that talk about long term food storage, and they expect they'll be eating GRUEL - like oats and water and a bit of salt... i'm vegetarian, so i eat stuff like that every single day... i have two pantries full of spices and condiments, rice, beans, lentils etc. and can eat something different just about every single day of the year... the key is to learn to cook - period... but with spices - add things, try things, deviate from the recipe. take something bland and make it amazing. because i use so much spice however, i can't get away with little jars like that or i'd be filling them up every other week, so mine are in mason jars. can still see what the spice is, but sometimes there is a 'now where the HELL is that cardamon??' hunt. by the way, how is the freeze dryer? you've had it a few years now, just wanting to know if you still love it, if you've found any flaws - would be great if you could do a review of things you love and things maybe not so much if there are any.
