Brilliant. Everything you said about planning systems and the formatting really resonated. I love the idea of brain dumping and then reflecting on at the end of the day, especially when you come across cool/complex clinical cases that you want to look into a bit more that you would otherwise forget after a long shift. Its the best way to learn and have it stick, i dont know why i never thought to carry it on into life! Thank you!

Right?? I wish someone told me about that earlier!! I struggled for few years but then luckily I got back to physical writing!! (I confess, I did lose my mind few times when I forgot my notebook hahah). Thank you for your comment!!

A useful video is my distant friend! I watched it with interest and also thought about using simple notebooks and notebooks as an alternative to gadgets, and not only as you do in professional activities, but also in everyday life. I'll just try to keep a diary without any strict rules. I noticed, my distant friend, that now more and more people are picking up a pen and a notebook, these simple items are gaining popularity! And this is amazing in the age of gadgets, isn't it? And you, my distant friend, as a doctor, clearly understand the need to use motor memory as well. Go on.

Wow such a comment to make my day. Honestly, if you look at my channel you know that I barely get any views, I just share such thoughts and videos with very few people (and little might share the same interests). I am so happy that you found value in that video. I fully agree!! And I use daily pocket notebooks for daily life as well! I will share soon my collection of these notebooks 😅 just for the people that might be interested in such content. Thank you my distant friend!

Thank you for sharing how you use your notebook. I have been carrying one around for a couple of weeks and I didn't know where to start. Your video was easy to understand and apply to my life. Thank you it was very helpful.

I have bought tons of small notebooks throughout the years, in all colors and sizes. I could never use them twice and, as a result, always wondered if every movie character I’d seen using them was exaggerating their usefulness. I never would have imagined there’s an actual technique for using them! Now it makes SO much sense, and I’ll finally start taking them everywhere with me. Thank you SO MUCH!! Subscribed!!

Certain industries don't permit third-party apps and services to hold personal and private information. paper can be destroyed permanently when no longer needed.
