Por la falla de la valvula de descarga el nissan r90ck paso de tener 800 caballo a 1100.Esto es debido a la presion que se estaba acumulando en el motor

Mark said in an interview if they had got a chance to really dial in the setup, he could have been 4secs faster. The car had problems during practice so they didn't have a chance to dial in the suspension.

Driving the Nissan R90CK, Blundell experienced a "jammed wastegate", causing his car's turbo to produce over 1,100 horsepower instead of the usual 750. With the car uncontrollably overboosting, he rocketed down the Mulsanne Straight at over 230 mph, breaking speed records.

Technicians: OMG! wastegate is broken! no control of overboosting, engine will fail! Driver: (Troll face) I have improved the engine disconnecting the wastegate control. Turbo: Here we go.

@@ivanr4778 eso pasó por que la válvula que permite descomprimir la presión del turbo se cerró y quedó bloqueada lo que le dio al auto mucha mas fuerza dado que empezó a mandar mucho mas oxígeno al motor lo que causaba explosiones mas poderosas aumentando la potencia

Don’t know which has more steel, Blundell’s forearms or his balls. Dude was obviously better suited for brutal speed of Group C vs finesse of F1.

This car is an absolute beast but when you watch the footage the one thing that comes to mind is it could have used another inch and a half of travel. It breaks traction and bouncing all over the place. Could be faster

They mentioned that jt could have been up to 4 seconds faster with suspension tuning, they didn't get enough practice

この時のNMEのR90CKは決勝用タイヤで走っていて、セッティングもそのままだったことから、セッティングを完璧にできていたらあのプジョー905の出したタイムとかなり肉薄していたと予想できます。

What? Mark Blundell was never in contention to be Senna's Number 2. I think you meant Derek Warwick, who Senna did block as his teammate at lotus when De Angelis left, but you'd still be wrong given Warwick never drove for Nissan.

Even with the chicanes being added for that year, flat out he hit 238mph (383kph) down the Mulsanne straight. Utterly bonkers speed.
