You get the refund OTP at the time of booking the room. Agar aap Phonpe se karoge payment to same account me refund aaega. For example A mobile number se booking Kiya and B mobile number se payment Kiya to refund B mobile Wale account me aaega and room checkout OTP booking ke time diye hue number or aaega.

Brother if you leave the room within 24 hrs then you will have to pay 50 rupees and if you leave the room after 24 hrs and before 48 hrs then 50 rupees is the extra charges for that extra day, which will be deducted from the deposit. So let's say you stay for more that 48 hrs but you leave the room before 24 hrs then you will 100 rupees will be deducted from your deposit. So you'll end up giving money like 50 for the first day 50 for the second day and 100 for the third day. Overall you will receive a refund of 350 if you leave within 3 days.
