Here in Australia they use structural timber. But for our climatic condition and resources metal is the way to go.

I believe you miss calculated the project... With Brick construction could have executed rs.1.5lacs with Labour contract with RCC roof with option of extending floors... 4.5 square 1.5lacs=6.75lacs... With year's of less maintains with Brick construction... Only option less is you can't move building... Don't know my idea is right or not... All the best...

Hi can understand the pain entirely and this expose is really required. Siva builders you tube did the same to us. Not only me around 20 people we lost 10 lakhs minimum. Most of the cheaters using you tube as a platform to target middle class. Court police station how to handle they learnt first which we are not aware. Financial and mental pain is huge. What are the mistakes done by them technically .... Any substandard mtrl used in construction? Do you know any issue in structure u should hv asked for structural calculations staadpro etc .... 1 ton or 2 ton even u can finish the same in 0.5 ton as per ur logic ... So u hv decided to appoint new character through vdo call and the ceiling work finishing is touching bravo ....
