100000% true .. Some of carpenters are very very unskilled in tamilnadu but speak like cousin of albert eienstein .. One carpenter spoiled plywood rack in my building i spent 40k .. Now its totally waste .. .. This is the main reason north indian skilled peoples are entering tamilnadu

Yes for us also while building home exactly same thing happened in tirupur. Budget from 2 lakhs went to 4 lakhs .And other person also afraid to continue finally we did on our own.

Hi Selva, appreciate you for your open feedback. I thought of calling them for my Tanjore Farm shed work.. But I can easily make out now on their motive.. I had similar experience with a gang in covai area named on farm materials.. they charged us bomb and sent inferior materials.. We have to be very careful with these tirupur n covai new age entrepreneurs getting promoted over youtube and take us for ride.. We have a laxmi grinder we got from covai 27 years back still working..we had a elgi grinder in bangalore which was working for more than 10 years. I remember elgi replaced a part after 4 years at home with 0 cost.. These newage headless chickens wanna make quick money and spoil the name their ancestors created.. Never mind Selva, you will get a good welder who will do it independently applying his learned wisdom and get your work done.. Cheers 🍻

Material நம்ம வாங்கி குடுத்து, labour மட்டும் contract குடுத்து, 3 monthla கட்டுனோம், ஆனா final a முடிக்கும் போது செம torture பண்ணி சண்டையோட தான் முடிஞ்சது, நாம கஷ்டபட்டு சம்பாதிச்ச , சேத்து வச்சி வீடு கட்னா நம்மல வச்சி அவுங்க , அவுங்க வீடு கட்ட plan போடுறது மட்டுமில்லாம, நமக்கு bp ஏத்தி விட்ராங்க. 😂😂😂, நாங்களும் நிறைய contract company, engineer company , எல்லா பித்தலாட்டத்தையும் பாத்து தான் கடைசில, local ஆளுங்க வச்சி கட்ணோம், நாம கண்ண திறக்கல, நாம வீடு கட்ட வாங்கன மண்ண நம்ம கண்ணுலயே போட்றுவாங்க, I know how they vl behave while getting the project, and how they vl react later, 😂😂😂😂😂,நானும் திருப்பூர் district தான்

This why normal construction is preferred for personal use spaces. You can never match the final output. You can build an house for cheap using these methods. But how long this will stand can't be determined. Earlier most importance was given to structure and very less was cared about interiors. What most people don't understand is if they can live without interior works an simple building with hollow block Or flyash stone and metal roof cost is not very far away. Commercial spaces and homes are not the same. And the problem with ppl working on these kind of projects most clients don't question them (clients don't have any idea about this so they leave it to their own and these guys aren't expertise either) all it matters is bringing the costs down.

As far as the fabrication work I could notice they were not professional enough and they haven’t sent the best team.Even a small welder in village could do the framework clearly. I too called that Tiruppur Engineering guy 2 years ago. We planned to construct appx. 3000 sq ft high raise shed related to sericulture. Actually I asked him some questions related to his work. But unable to give correct answer and that guy told me that he would call me later. No response after that. He just makes videos that's all. After that constructed our framed structure with normal concrete and filled the gap with AAC block. So all the best for you to get a professional worker and get your work completed .
