Hi, I'm planning to pursue an HR program , I was hoping to ask you a few questions. Could you please share some information on the selection criteria and what CTC one can typically expect in the HR field? Also, do TISS Mumbai graduates in HR receive higher packages than those from XLRI? Your response would be really helpful.

HR CTC varies from institution to institution. The Av. CTC offered to TISS MUMBAI is Almost equivalent to XLRI Jamshedpur , the MAJOR Difference between them is the fees . Also XLRI offers PGDM in HRM whereas TISS offers MA in HRM & LR.

yes of course , but getting there is tuff . only 60 seats are there for HRM
