I want to sincerely thank you for the awesome review and also on your piece of advise re putting this watch on a winder. I Picked up the same watch and your are absolutely right. Setting the date isn’t that simple and also the crown is difficult to wind and has sharp edges. Watch winder was the solution as you suggested. I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely beautiful, I probably would never have use for it, but can't deny that it isn't really well done and useful. Nice job with the review and actually learnt the difference between the GMT styles.

@@chriswatchreviews4752, so it's not a fully functional True GMT, like Omega or Rolex, because a True Traveler's GMT implies change the date forward and backward when crossing 0 meridian.

@@azamatkarasaev9933 All I can say is that the Hour hand can move independently, which signifies a true GMT. As far as the date complication goes, it is still a $399 watch, so the expectations can only go so far

Chemin des Tourelles is pronounced: Chemin(Che=Shaw roughly) des(the=in English) Tourelles(tour-L) roughly that’s it. Which means: pathway to the towers The guillochage is 👌❤️👍, nice watch!

42 mm. That looks pretty big for a dress-style watch. It even looks big on your hand. I have a very small wrist, 14,75 cm (around 5,8 inch). How do you think it would look around my wrist?

I actually found it to be too big for my wrist, and I sold it last summer to put towards something else. If your wrist is smaller than mine, which I think it is, I would look for something else. I have been trending my tastes towards watches that are under 40 mm in size lately

I picked this watch up last month from WatchMaxx too! I’ve enjoyed it so far. Love that it’s a true traveler’s GMT. I have also run into the issue of limited strap options though. How’s yours holding up so far? Could you link it? Thanks for the review!
