I got a question, I have this model of tissot but as far as I know, in the compass mode, the minute hand points north but in mine the hour one does it, and I don’t know whether is normal or if I need to synchronize it

Hot do I get the correct day when I'm setting the watch as at the moment it says Sunday and it's not Sunday it's Thursday 8.6.23
