Very nice video. Thank you for sharing. I stumbled onto this video and noticed that you are using what appears to be saran-wrap for the tissue cultures (around 2:25 minutes into the video), closed with a rubber band. I've never seen this done before. Do you have any details on the technique? How well does it work for keeping the tissue cultures sterile?

Reinheldt GMBH, the website is german laboratory equipment manufacturer. It says it on the interface of the top of the machine in the video. One year later😆

Well I think the hardest and maybe most expensive part is the incubation room. I understand having separate rooms for each step minimizes contamination when you have more than one person working at the sametime, but for me I feel like a 4x8 tent with positive pressure air would be good for the mixing of media and the culture room as long as the air is filtered inside I would just run the laminar filter for 30 minutes before starting. If your culture is in vitro and doesn't have a open culture lid, I'm assuming the incubation room doesn't have to have controlled humidity?

nope using the gloves with an open flame for sterilization can cause serious burns if you even touch the flame, the whole glove catches fire and you have melted plastic on your hands@@sunshinevalley0
