You can make "stained glass" windows like this too, even patio doors, I have had one door done too to bottom up for almost 20 years. I used mod podge then oil based polyurethane, must be thermal pane glass so non condensation..

Wonderful! I tried a stained glass window with this technique once, but I didn't love it. I'll try your method!
