I can't get over 100 year old Norm...still dancing and mind still sharp. He recognized his sister immediately and it was so cute how he tried not to get emotional. Even after all this time, she's still his little sister. What a blessing.

The Holocaust reunion made me cry so hard. My Grandma was torn away from her family back then as well.
@smtishappy3 жыл бұрын
There seemed to be a distancing on the sister’s part. It could have been shock and trying to come to terms with it all. Especially if she kept all the memories inside. He seemed more open. Maybe he spoke more openly about his trauma to his family. I hope they were able to form a close bond.
@kp-fc4yr3 жыл бұрын
@@smtishappy eh, it's probably awkward in front of all the cameras. In other clips she seemed to look perfectly comfortable chatting and such. I think it was more the circumstances with others present at the time that caused that reaction. I get stiff when I get socially anxious myself, so I can empathize a bit with that

I feel your pain. I live on the other side of the world from my family. I had flights to take my girls home to see them in April. Of course they were cancelled. They met my 5yr old when she was baby and have never met my 3 yr old. I have never met my sisters 3 yr old. Its been almost 5 yrs since I’ve seen my Mum, brother, sister and her family. I hope that in 2021 we both get what we want ❤️

@tucsonvic41053 жыл бұрын
@@billwilson5341The sad part is what you said is true, what money did to my brother is nothing short of sickening and heartbreaking. He went beyond anything I've ever heard. After our mother passed away he started telling other family members that my sister and I were doing drugs and stole my mother's jewelry that my mother left for us. Most of our family won't talk to us anymore because of his hateful lies. Who the hell does that to his two sisters?? My BROTHER! Sorry I vented...lol

@@tucsonvic4105: It won't help to know that you are not alone, I know. I know of a sister that separated her Mother from her other siblings and then hastened the mother's death for the paltry sum that she had. So sad. This is why it is so important to have a will or a trust. A will is not really that expensive. Heck, even writing down your wishes for your stuff (and children) in the event of your death until you get a will is better than nothing. Take care, Vic. God knows who the good people are and that is what matters.

As a reviewer that I have never seen anything that this was this heart warming and the greatest love that I saw in this video of the many people that you haven't seen for so many years and those that were lost in the many years . When you meet those that you only saw you feel the many feelings that have been so powerful because those you have memories when you finally meet them it releases those feelings that you haven't felt for years .

This was a heartwarming story My Heart goes out to everybody that had to suffer the Holocaust and to the survivors I want you to know that your families and you are always in my prayer and we will never ever forget you and we will make sure no one else forgets you either! I know I can never replace the sorrow that you must feel by what happened but as long as people like me and everybody else who understands history we will make sure nothing like that ever happens again! I'm not Jewish in any way I'm a Baptist by my faith but seeing stories like this it's a very heartwarming story and with all the pain and suffering that went on to finally reunite a brother and sister since then it's got to be like heaven on Earth I can only imagine being separated from my siblings and my parents and everything else! I know I'll probably sound like a rambling idiot but I just want to pay my condolences and I want to say that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families always have a blessed day!
