As merestematic tissue dose not have vacuoles because first we know about vacuole ,vacuole means storage house of the cell is called vacuole As meristematic tissue is divided continously so it does not required vacuoles

Since Meristamatic tissues will divide..If they are having the vacuoles gemerally big vacuoles they wouldnt be able to divide due the shorter place in the cell....😊

The meristematic cell doesnt have any vacuoles because the cell's main purpose is to divide rather than storing food since vacuoles are used for storing food they are not needed here.

Because meristematic cell require instant food , therefore they don't need to store the food,thus they lack of vacuole
