The game got a bunch of expansions since then. Going after asian to hades, nordic, atlantis and now more in depth to asia. The last expansion was 2022. Not really out of nowhere

OG TitanQuest opened my heart to ARPG's and I've been a fan. Grim Dawn I think brought what made OG TitanQuest to the next level. I hope they looked at GD and can expand upon that.

I could've sworn it was Crate (ex Ironlore) that was behind it, but looks they have nothing to do anymore with the game (sadly) since THQ Nordic acquired the IP over Titan Quest in 2013. Didn't know it was them instead of the original devs keeping Titan quest on life support and rolling out updates and patches for years after. Probably some of them joined thq upon disbanding IronLore, or thq just loves the game, or perhaps both. Fingers crossed for this sequel on such a legendary game. And if we're lucky Crate is simultaneously in the works for Grim Dawn 2 :D

@@k_Shadi18as an AC fan, I disagree with you! The experience we had with Odyssey aligns it among the best AC games. Not gameplay wise, but rather overall quality. All the views and the likeable characters.. and the DLCs were perfect, especially the Atlantis one - gaming at its peak! We cannot wish for a better AC game. Maybe the same open world type, but with the Roman Empire. Being able to become someone like Maximus from “The Gladiator” would be simply amazing!!! I’ve always loved Greek mythology and its more modern version - the Roman mythology which is the same as the Greek one, but the gods have different names. So yeah, really can’t go wrong with either of the two. Another interesting one would be a game based in the Bulgarian Empire and fighting against the Byzantines (Eastern Romans). Bulgarians and Persians have common ancestors and the Bulgarian history is also astonishing. Not many people are actually aware of that though.
