Can you tell me please, are all bonuses additive in this game? As in, lets say for a random example: passive gives +50% dmg, onslaught gives +50% dmg, and ring gives +50% dmg. Will it be +150% dmg, or 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5?

This type of buffs are additive so it will be 150% dmg.
