The nuke titans seem like they don't do much to the harvester compared to everything else. Those stalkers with EPG's are scary.

Solo in private match enhances something like harvester's hp and core meter gaining speed, thats why some solo become possible in private match

Highlander in FD is absolute OP. Combo it with the upgrades Ronin gets with Aegis Ranks (extra sword damage, double sword core duration, shield gaining on every hit when coring, etc.), and you got the recipe for a Titan that, as this video shows, will CARRY on even the hardest difficulty.

Beware watching a video like this and coming away thinking, ok, so I just get in titans' faces with Ronin and slash away. You'll quickly realize how hard he actually is to pilot once you try that.

This is incredible. But I have a question. When you swing your sword to hit titans, how do you avoid getting pushed back? It seems I'm always having to use my dash to stay close.

It's all about timing your movement. Titan melee hits deal knockback, and the knock back can actually interfere with hit registration, which is what resulted in players called "boxing", using the melee to push an enemy (often a coring Ronin) away from them and reducing the overall damage they take. The best way to avoid "Boxing", whether in PvP or PvE, is to dance around the Titans for a second when you see them trying to punch you, and then dash in to hit them after they do the punch to punish them. Source: I'm Gen 25 on PS4, Gen 35 on Xbox, and have watched almost every single Titanfall video Dinosaurd123 has on his channel (BTW, he's a total savant, so watch his vids to know what I'm talking about)

@@thomasmurrell9832 I appreciate the advice. You get knocked back regardless of your opponent doing melee, and in the video it's clear he's not getting knocked back at all. Yes if the opponent melees, you will get knocked back even more, but you are still knocked back on a normal melee, and i'm wondering how he avoids doing that.

C4 hugely damage Titans, when he waited for everything to bunch up, he activated it with the arc wave and did lots of damage :)

How do you negate pushback from Enemy titan melees? I also play Ronin in FD and everytime I sword core the enemy titan's melee deals extreme pushback and I have to dash forward in order to close the distance again.

i can't remember normal arc wave can kill grunt in oneshot and softball can kill stalker oneshot, i see you have nice plan but it's still look ummm

If you can't remember, you can just try it, or I can tell you now that what one normal arc wave can't kill is pilot but not grunt. And I never kill stalker one shot

Arc Waves have always one hit killed grunts. It can't for Specters and Stalkers though so maybe that's where the confusion is from.
