This is an outstanding and heartrending account of the tragedy. You make it real and bring the courage, sacrifice and pain of these people to life again. Many times, we read history but do not feel it in the heart. Thank you for honoring these people.

You have a gift for infusing historical events and people with details that bring them to life in a very human way. The sprinklings of the passengers' backgrounds that you include - people traveling for work, for pleasure, for funerals, for school, for new lives - really bring the tragedy to life in a way that not even the movies can. Excellent work, and I can't wait to listen to the episode about the rescue!

Thank you for telling the stories of the victims of the Titanic and bringing them back to life, if only for a short while.

Gareth thank you for not portraying the Irish Catholics as unthinking idiots who didn't know any better than to go down with the ship.

@@kimross9435 That’s really so kind of you to say, Kim, but honestly no need at all to thank me. They shouldn’t ever be presented that way.

Just heartbreaking but needed to be told for all those heroes on board. May they rest in God’s everlasting arms. 🙏 💔
