I could cry just hearing the account of a child who lost her father. As her mother said to her you have lost your father. You will not see him anymore , it just breaks my heart. When you’re in survival mode , you find a way to cope with the perils in front of you , in a numb sense , very Matter of Fact , but it’s the aftermath that haunts you , when it never ends with the event it’s self , but the lifetime of trying to heal and cope and understand is a prison in your mind. We look back on these past events and accounts and after over a hundred years , it’s still chilling and heartbreaking and hearing the survivors speak , so matter of fact , describing the horrific tragedy faced , it’s just very brave of them to be able To give such detailed accounts and not be overcome with emotions in the process.

T T I do as well. It especially reached me , touched my heart in such a way , as I know what it’s like to have premonition / intuition and to feel the energy surrounding impending events of tragedy and if we all pay closer attention in our lives , we will find that there are many ways, many times in fact , that we are attuned to feeling the vibes and sensations or energies that give us warning , that are often times avoided or ignored and only after , in many cases , do people often reflect back upon certain events and recall the feelings and energies surrounding or leading up until whatever event or choice or decision or path taken and then , there are chilling reminders of intuitive feelings had before events that they warned about. It is the human condition , innate nature and instinctive and primal Ability we have as human beings , to sense that which is not on the surface or can possibly be made known to us , apart from simply feeling or sensing energy that is either off or strongly felt or very much heightened and gnawing away in our gut , looming in our minds and within our hearts , we are able to feel the sensations and recognize that what we are feeling must be serious , well advised in the intuitive sense , for us to take heed to and listen not with our ears ,but Into our selves, our gut , our heart and our soul ,. Bc it is very much the souls urge crying out , which enables us to be ultra sensitive and to pick up on the energy of vibrational level , which some people say that there’s no link between those incredibly strong looming vibes of intuition and energy or premonition and they may claim that by sheer coincidence alone ,are we ever able to connect whatever circumstances attached to energies felt and interpreted as being intuitive precognition but in fact , we all are on some levels , some Perhaps much more than others , able to Pick up on any impending vibrations or feelings that warrant premonitions being felt and later followed through on , where after the fact , we are able to attribute those feelings and messages our very souls are able to be sensitive to or able to pick up on ,Recognize that those feelings are able to be attached to s particular set of events or specific warning or sensation that is connected between events taking place.. we are all in some level , able to sense and perceive things around us and whether it’s the ability to read and assess situations or people or emotions , true feelings , able to pick up on various cues that come in the form of energy or gut feelings or instincts , discernment they is quite spiritual and very much , a delicate yet powerful attribute to have , we all hehe to pay more attention to our surroundings and feelings with regard to us being able to read and interpret or make sense of whichever vibes or energies or intuition that truly does occur and simply is just either dismissed or ignored or pushed down further , where people fail to listen to their inner voice and fail in those ways , when energy is felt strongly or is off feeling or gnawing at ones mind especially when it involves something of a strong urge or warning over s serious event to come ,where in those times it’s even more important to connect and listen from within and to not ignore the vibes and feelings occurring and often times so many people do. It’s better to live life without the constant worries of having to expand on every feeling and it lead to a world of fear or being trapped by anxieties and stresses over what sort of messages we pick up on and how to interpret them , but to ignore the serious vibes of our internal instinct guiding us and being available to us , in order to protect us or warn us to be more perceptive and pay attention more to our surroundings & feelings , removes us further from those innate abilities and while everyone to some degree is able to sense impending circumstances prior to them faced , many people dismiss those abilities and may never quite pick up on why they feel things so strongly when they’re not aware of what those feelings or messages are indicating. It’s usually after some major significant event , that people recollect any strong sensations or vibes felt and they often push them away and disregard them or assume they are simply manifestations of other sources . Sometimes people will simply attribute those energies and abilities as things , they attribute to various physical cause , such as simply being sick or having upset stomach or being worried or anxious or when one can’t pinpoint The exact nature of where these vibes are coming From , they’ll Assume they’re simply that of negative or uncomfortable feelings or if they get a bad feeling , perhaps they misinterpret and if it’s associated to another person, they may associate that person with being bad or whatever the case. I have always had strong intuition and ability to read energies and pick up on even subtle cues and be able to sense when something isn’t as it seems or have had very accurate ability to read between the lines in many occasions , whether it’s of events to occur or emotions beneath the surface not being said , if people perhaps say one thing but think another, have bn very much able to read energy , once however ,had incredibly serious energy felt but just was the worst feeling I could describe , but couldn’t determine exactly why I felt such looming unsettling feelings leading up. I’d had a horrible vibe one morning when someone knocked st the door, having two roommates , I was accustomed to seeing ppls faces I didn’t personally know or I’d never had answered to anyone I didn’t feel comfortable with or know .. I regretted from that moment on, as that very instant of opening the door, was abducted from my home n broad daylight , to put this lightly as I don’t wish to get into detail , was brutally tortured and almost killed and fought for my life that day and forever have been changed as a result. I def. put much value in listening to intuition & when anyone remarks over feeling,sensing vibes so strongly I urge them not to ignore them. Not to worry and have s hard time living but to pay atten. Closely and listen bc often that voice is all u have before ur life is ripped apart. Idk what it feels like to be on a sinking ship with lives lost around me but I know what it’s like to fight to survive horrific things and a lifetime of hurt bc of it that never goes away.

Weirdest thing of all? No mention of her splitting in two. Over 700 survivors and not 1 describes her splitting. Until her discovery in 1985 it was assumed she sank in one piece. Is it possible she broke up on her two and a half mile plunge to the seabed. I'm just curious.

@carolinedarleneeddydwyer4 жыл бұрын
jennifer stuart yes!! Lightoller always said it went down in one piece, which I believe was because his lifeboat was much closer to the ship than the lifeboat Eva Hart and her mother were in. As it was so dark at the time (al lights had gone out at this point), he heard the noise of the splitting and assumed it was the smokestacks finally falling down. Eva may have been far enough away from the ship that it was easier to see the split actually happening. (Lightoller passed away before the wreckage discovery in the 80s)

Ponder this....steamers even MV never heave-to for the night in the Atlantic then or today. Any captain knows the cost of stopping. So why had she heaved to. It was as if they were waiting to rendezvous with another ship. More peculiar behavior by ships captain. Before the Titanic sunk...there had never been recorded any large ship sunkings by hitting icebergs. Virtually an unheard of event. Some vessels had sustained damage but never by charging at 22 knots into an iceberg and sinking. Odd behaviour from all the officers on the bridge of the Titanic. The steamer that every survivor saw that ignored morse lamp signals and flares and radio signals turned and went away was not the Californian. Again more peculiarities by ships captains. White starline received £12 million pounds insurance from Llyods £2M over what it cost to build but not one penny went to victims families. Clusters of the drowned passengers floated for months around the Atlantic because no one went and pick up the scattered bodies. For many decades the Capt of the Californian tried to have the investigation of the sinking reopened all involved refused. Was a tragic accident or a deliberate act to collect insurance.

@@weaponofmassconstruction1940 pretty much, it was based on the over dependence of technology, that being the Marconi Wireless,being (theoretically) able to summon a "nearby" ship in time to ferry passengers from the sinking vessel, to the rescue vessel, to transfer all Titanics passengers to a theoretical rescue ship, each lifeboat would need to make about 2 trips back and fourth...obviously this is the most ridiculous theory we can imagine, looking at it through our 21st century eyes, because we've learned so much since those days. Titanic's demise was the event that sparked the entire new way of thinking ocean travel and safety, it led to the standard safety protocols and procedures that we have today

To start with, the youngest person aboard the titanic is now dead. We can't bring any of them back nor did 99% of us even have relatives related in any to the ship. It sank , lack of seamanship due to the captains negligence and lack of crews training. It is done, it is over with, should we forget, no . Let them rest in peace.

John Smith as well as poor Construction and not to mention the amount of Lives that could’ve bn saved had protocol been taken seriously and had the so called elite upper / first class passengers and their petty needs in the face of tragedy not been the only concern of such ridiculousness when in fact , so many people died bc God Forbid they be allowed to sit next to someone who thinks the lifeboat is some VIP provision for only the elite. It’s such bs. But in terms of ppl not being related to those on the ship , it being over a hundred years since its sinking , There’s still always going to be a fascination people have of listening to the events and recollections of those people affected by it and simply wanting to for curiosity, wanting to know details is part of human nature when it’s an event such as this .. people that view others lives as a source of entertainment however , that think everything is like some movie geared at their personal entertainment etc. bother me and I can get where anyone would be coming from in that regard to say ok leave it alone already etc. but we all who’ve watched this , listening to the accounts of those ppl who did experience such a tragic loss even if due to negligence or mistakes or poor construction and human error at it’s finest, along with nature being involved , doesn’t mean no ones able To Rest In Peace as a result lol. Something compelled you to listen just as anyone else has :). If anything , it showed that human beings time and time again are either arrogant or test boundaries unnecessarily and it’s costly and could’ve all been avoided in hindsight. But just like this wasn’t the first time it won’t be the last , when human beings begin to think that the work of their hands or the things they do are infallible and every time people get full of themselves and think they can play around with the lives of others, eventually there are harsh consequences and drastic effects for not only their own decision making, choices and their own lives, but the lives of others it’s so unfortunate how many times people put other people At risk bc of their own stubbornness or arrogance or from following bad examples or advice that’s inferior at best . But that’s people for ya. They’ll either blindly do the dumbest crap and cause suffering for others or they only wanna sit and gawk at every little thing having nothing to do with them , except for their own entertainment and gratification and that’s about it. 😂

Even so they saw the Rockets from a ship they knew was in an ice field,( the same one their captain wisely decided to wait to cross til daylight) but still didn't wake the Captain or the wireless operator to find out what was going on. Firing that many rockets was very out of the ordinary. Their inability to act cost hundreds of lives. The sinking was the fault of Smith for not heeding the ice warnings that were coming in throughout the day
