Titanium/Titano Flex Nib - Stipula Etruria Fountain Pen

Thank you! Yes, I must say this foundation pen struck me as interesting and unique when I purchased it second hand. It's been a favored pen since, especially since getting the titanio (titanium) nib unit!

This pen is so beautiful. Stipula has some of the most comfortable sections. I have 3 Stipulas, 2 of them have this kind of section the Suprema Nuda, and the Etruria Magnifico. Very nice writers. I have yet to get a titanium nib. This year, I hope. I was iffy on the feedback, but I tried one last year, and felt I liked it. Too bad I didn't get it on a Stipula.

What I happened to do is get this Stipula Etruria with a 1.3mm Gold nib, then acquired a Titanium nib thereafter. I happened to purchase a used Stipula (Bock) Titanium Flex Nib from virtual pen show, but my understanding is a Titanium Bock Unit Screws into the Etruria Models (as it did successfully on mine #6 I believe). So you have the opportunity of doing something similar possibly.

@@fountainPENdulum I looked for the Stipula titanium nib unit, but couldn't find a place that is selling it. I'm not on IG so, well at least not yet. Don't know if I will, but I guess I'll have to dig a bit deeper. I wonder if I could get it from the US distributor??? My other idea was to get a Ranga ebonite pen with a titanium nib, but right now they are out of stock on the Bock Ti mediums.

Thank you! It is currently my favorite, if I'm allowed to say that without the others knowing! It's super comfortable to write with because of it's size and the material. The nib is a real pleasure also! I really like being able to unscrew the nib unit, and look forward to acquiring more nibs for this pen in the future! Share what is your favorite pen!

I’m a noobie - I have a Jin hao 100, Hong Dian a3, a Conklin duragraph - they all write fairly well. Looking into nahvalur maybe in the not so distant future.
