I love Dune but you guys who make these montage videos really need to use better song selections. The singer sounds like he’s trying to sing.

I find you a little harsh. That you don't like the singer is one thing. Tastes are personal after all. But to say he cannot sing, while this song is very popular and appreciated, and criticize the music choices of those who make montage video that is not correct. I spent time finding a male / female duet song whose lyrics might not be interpreted as romantic and which would suit the story of Paul & Jessica. And, believe me, it's not easy at all. If you're not happy with the result it's okay, that's your opinion and you are free to edit your own with the music you like. But I find it a little rude and unfair to come pass judgment on the work and the song choices of all those who make these montage. It takes us time and we do it for fun & love of Dune. Our videos will not please everyone, but there is no point in disrespecting people for something as trivial and personnal as a song choice/taste. We can all co-exist and enjoy Dune without being rude to each other x)
