For someone who is winning a lot, and handshakes many people, his social skills and interest during conversations most of the time are barely better than that of a toddler. Occasionally he is a bit better. Maybe Magnus could get some lessons from Fabiano in that department, to elevate his "social chess" moves up some 1000 ELOs? He needs it desperately.

If Magnus is bored by chess and honest questions aimed towards the audience, if he'd rather be someplace else, then let him stop pretending and quit chess for good, rather than coming again and again to rake in some money? Magnus is a unique prodigy, something that occurs once in 200 years. But he is also a social moron, treats his peers and audience as stupid pets, who explodes in tantrums and swearing when 'mere pets outwit his genius by some stupid chance'. Unfortunately, those two - being an extreme prodigy and a social moron -often come in the same package.
