To increase riding stamina I would suggest doubling the km mileage each short trip and do in every type of weather if possible.

You need to be careful going into some of these abandoned buildings alone my friend. Hate to even hear about you getting hurt. You never know who or what might be around the next corner in those places.

Yes, Retired Duke, my friends IRL, also worry about me, I don't usually worry about anything anyway, and I feel safer here in Thailand than I do back home. but perhaps, I will be a bit more cautious.
