His first video about it is why I bought it. This thing is so easy to set up. I ordered mine just before Christmas and it came in a week! The owner is extremely responsive, and honest. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

I made one of these for my little brother He stands 5’8 at 11 y/o All materials bought at Home Depot With a 72 inch everbilt reflective rod, some gorilla glue, cardboard, a sponge pool noodle, duck tape, a 2x4, and some ply wood. For the stand you drill a hole through the 2x4 and glue the rod onto the hole Cut off a piece of about 10 inches from the pool noodle. Roll the packaging cardboard into a cigarette like form and stuff it in the pool noodle. Drench the inside of the pool noodle and with the cardboard inside and stick the reflective rod in it. Wait about a day for it to dry and cover the pool noodle, now the designated punch target with duck tape. This punching stand is very good with helping out with head movement, timing and foot work.

@@silversides87 I bought a 6' fiberglass rod and cut about 8" off, some waterline straps, a 3 gallon bucket, pool noodle and a foam ball. I ended up ditching the foam ball and just using the pool noodle as a target. I'm making leather covers for the target. The whole thing attaches to the bucket. I put about 40lbs of dumbbells in the bucket when I want to use it. Nice and quick and very inexpensive.
@jerrodlopes1862 жыл бұрын
@@silversides87 nope. I've made targets wrapped in duct tape, balls, puck shaped, bag shaped, tube shaped...didn't seem to really make a difference, so now I just go with what's easy.

This is exactly what I need to work on my reflexes, into my 2 month of amateur training, looks like it will help me with my timing and speed. also if you get a chance what are your thoughts on the ringside 200 lb heavybag? 5'8" 145-150, looking for a new heavybag as well the one I have is 80 or 100 lb title boxing?
