Mistah Short Hitter, you've got a great swing. Just saw this on my feed today, and i'll be a subscriber. I've actually been playing the Trufeel and Velocity (both Titleist) balls for a couple of years now. My driver swingspeed is about 100 mph, and i find the Trufeel to be the best ball for me for a couple of different reasons that you probably haven't seen yet if you haven't played them much: 1) this ball never spins out of control on the green --- you won't find yourself hitting a near perfect shot and unexpectedly backing it up 30' or more. Or vice-versa expecting it to spin and it doesn't. On a well-struck shot it substantially tends to always do the same thing - roll out slightly, and progressively slightly more as you go up in less-lofted clubs 2) they're very durable, and maintain performance when damaged. I can hit a scuffed up trufeel and it won't behave much differently than a brand new one. You can't say that about the Pro V (or any urethane ball, for that matter). If you don't lose many balls, the Trufeel is definitely more economical FWIW, some testers have said the Trufeel cover is firmer than the Urethane covers, which they think is why you see such good distance performance on irons but slightly less on driver shots. I'm cool with giving up a couple of yards on driver shots to get that consistency on approach and chip shots (i'm about a 2 handicap, by the way, and obviously in the minority in my viewpoint, at least for the youtube crowd that swears by urethane). I switched to the TruFeel yellows this year and absolutely love them! I ended up buying a 96 ball bucket from an online retailer after playing about 5 rounds with them. Granted, I've lost a few balls out of the original dozen I bought, but I'll definitely be gaming the TruFeels for the foreseeable future!

I switched to the TruFeel for the lower compression, the lower spin helps for a straighter ball flight, this is a great help with my slice lol I love it, the compression matches my slower swing speed!

Thanks MSH, I have used the True Feel in the past. If I remember, I thought the ball really felt nice coming off my irons. I can't think of anything bad about them, well maybe they don't float so well. Liked them, but really liking the Bridgestone e6. Peace.

Another great video, thank you, I think the temperature has the most impact on what ball we use. I use the Trufeel in the colder months, softer greens so less spin doesn't make any difference and Prov in the warmer months when the greens are firm and spin is required to keep the ball on the green. Otherwise both balls go approximately the same distance. In the fall it is way more economical to play Trufeel while playing in the leaves...

This is definitely my choice of ball to play as a 76 year old high handicap golfer. Love the feel and price. The only other ball I play much of the time is the Kirkland Signature. Performance is about the same as the TruFeel and is a little less expensive. I generally get 2 to 3 , 9 holes games out of either ball, but they still like the swamp.🙀🇨🇦👍👨‍🦳

I'm enjoying your channel. I used to play the Wilson Zip, until it has become harder to find (can only find it on Amazon) since it's been discontinued. I then switched to the TruFeel and have had really good results. But I'm kind of a golf ball junky and instead of sticking to one ball, I over research everything and keep trying different balls. I've decided that this season I'm going to stick with the TruFeel for the entire season.

Thanks for doing the test. I have heard good things about the TruFeel but I haven’t tried it, so I might do that. I was surprised at how little spin your lost between the V1. I think you’re right on the point of liking something and being more encouraged to switch to it. Golf is about confidence and if you feel good about a product, you’ll generally do well.

I've played Chrome soft Truvis since I found one, and I really liked it but it's too expensive to buy new. So I thought about the Trufeel or Kirkland v.3 as my new ball. Would be fun to see a comparison between those two balls in that are in a more affordable price range.

They’re not my favorite ball, but it’s a good bang for your buck ball for sure. Performance isn’t too far off from what I get from ProV1s, but less than half the price. I think where it suffers the most is around the green, but it’s not bad by any means. What I really like about them is their alignment aid. It has a perpendicular line to line up with the putter face to make sure you have your putter lined up correctly. If you’re a higher handicap or golfing on a budget, I think these are a good way to go.
