Bat parang bumagal yung ct? Dapat derederetcho yan sa 190 aspd. Wtf grabe yung delay.

yep.. hard delay for ASPD base skills.. it made alot of champ players quit. now unable to do Asura -> Zen -> Body Reloc Away
