Same. I do pushups, aerobics, Yoga, and ballet, with ocassional Karate thrown in for good measure. Plus, Bicep and Tricep exercises several times per week, usually, daily, when I can as my schedule permits. I am 41 and am not in the least bit overweight. I am conditioned... have been for years (most of my life). My bf who is a mechanic and who does machine repair, too, same as me, he says my muscles are bigger than his are. Yet, I also still look very feminine, too. It's just all the exercising I do on a consistent basis to keep myself healthy. I believe that because of that, I have not had a cold nor flu in years. Exercise pays off and feels good, plus helps with mood, too. I feel it can help autistic people keep less stressed if they exercise (I would know because I have ASD (formerly known as Asperger's in the DSM before 2013). And, I have found that to some extent, exercise helps me with this, too).
