Was really very nice of you to come visit our town. There is so more to our town than most people know about that's not familiar. When you were at At Space view park if you look right across the water is the Vehicle assembly building where the launches take place. When you went across the Max brewer Bridge had to you kept going you would have come to our beautiful Play A Linda beaches all undeveloped but so beautiful to walk and enjoy Vivian would enjoy picking up shells on low tide times . We have SpaceX now so many new things have come to a town that was once sleepy but now is waking up. Thankyou for coming.

We did a more thorough job touring Titusville in our more recent video. This was one of the earliest videos we did on our channel, and I quickly visited Titusville with our toddler one Saturday for a few hours. After visiting that time, I knew I had to go back, and the people of Titusville have a special community pride that I find so charming!

What a nice dad and great info on Titusville. We haven't been to Merritt Is since 2012 but we sure enjoyed it. We will go back thx to Aiken Adventures.

​@@AikenAdventures I don't get why people recommend Kelseys. It's ok, but it's not even the best pizza in town. Is it because it's the original of a small franchise? Valentinos in the mall is a more bar vibe, but it's older, is only in Titusville, and I think has the better food.

Head down to the corner of Deleon an Whispering Hills to the hill and park and have a picnic .

Titusville is underrated for sure. It is a well run city with a lot of civic pride. Head 15 minutes further east after the bridge to playalinda beach for a unspoiled natural beach that is also the BEST place to watch any launches from Pad 39A or B. At the right time of year, you can also do a cool nighttime kayak trip to see the bioluminescent sealife in the bay.

I’m embarrassed to say that we have still not yet watched a rocket launch that close. We can sometimes on really clear days see them from where we live, which is a few hundred miles away. Do you live in the area?

Heroes is right up the road from Dixie Crossroads. It's a small place. Good food made by good people. If you wanted the fast food experience, Moonlight Drive In is far superior to any of the chains. El Leonocitos is definitely one of the best places to eat here.

I was impressed with the city. Actually, while I was recording this initially, someone yelled profanity out of their car at me and a number of other insults as I was crossing the street, so I wasn’t sure what to think at the time, but when I posted this, the vast majority of the response was so positive. The people were genuinely appreciative to have their town highlighted, and they seem to genuinely appreciate the exposure of tourism in their town as well, which is surprisingly unusual for Florida small towns. Many small towns in Florida don’t like the growth.

I love Kennedy Space Center . I went for free my ex father in law was head of public relations for NASA. Try to eat at Dogs R US. Great food.😊😊😊😊

Definitely understand. We enjoy a quick visit from time to time. At least it’s close to Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach, and not far from Orlando.

Don’t blink while walking in downtown, you’ll miss it all.. not impressed by this town at all .. I mean if you grew up here , it is what it is.. but this is a place to live and travel elsewhere.. if Jehovah doesn’t come knocking on your door seeing that there’s a lot of them over there
