Tivat is a beautiful coastal town in southwest Montenegro's UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor. Today, Tivat is one of the hottest tourist spots in the Mediterranean because of Porto Montenegro, a new, modern marina for luxury yachts with a fantastic settlement behind it.
Porto Montenegro has been built near Tivat's centre to transform the area into the Monte Carlo of the Adriatic.
The marina offers a variety of luxury waterfront homes for rent and sale, making it an ideal homeport for superyachts. With berths available in sizes ranging from 12m to 250m, it offers a wide range of sports, leisure, and cultural activities for visitors to enjoy. There are numerous international dining options, vibrant bars, and fashion boutiques stocking designer labels and independent brands. The restaurants serve everything from traditional local cuisine to Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes. Take advantage of a visit to this beautiful modern complex that combines the views of Kotor Bay with the impressive marina and the beautifully landscaped promenades. It was beautiful to see it, all the progress Montenegro is doing so many things in Tourism and Culture, you need to come and see it for yourself.
