I’d really like to see you teaching how to use the rf device on the higher / upper cheek area . I have malar bags ( mild) and need to do something about them
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hi Cat. I don't use RF on the upper cheeks as a general rule as I don't want to disturb the fat I have there. RF would not be ideal for the malar pads as it could exasperate them or cause uneven fat loss. The best thing IMO would be a combination of threads and mesotherapy.

Can you do this with RF mesotherapy at home device by beauty instrument
@MissSandyC2 жыл бұрын
I almost pulled the trigger on one of these home use devices until I read a few horrible stories. These are women who are older who don't have a lot of fat in their faces - rather longer, thinner faces but were wrinkled. They describe where what little fat they did have in their faces were removed and they wound up worse off because now their wrinkles were so much worse. Is there any work around to this? Is it because they were using the various machines too regularly? The before/afters look really great if the woman had a much fuller face - I'm not one of those people - I've got a thinner face - higher cheek bones.
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hi Sandy W. Overuse is definitely a huge risk for facial fat loss. The stories I've read online have been about professional machines used in clinic. These reach far higher temperatures, so the risk is there with them. I've been using RF for over two years now and have not experienced any fat loss, dropping or other issues. I think maybe they were the wrong candidates for the treatment and it exasperated their already lacking support and structure.
@Robloxsoph-33 жыл бұрын
Hi TJ, thanks for the clear, informative videos. Was just hoping you could clarify something, I've bought a cavitation / radio frequency machine online... The RF body head does feel hot to the touch, does this mean it's not true RF? Should it always feel cold to the touch? Would a thermometer (like the gun style ones) read the skin temperature accurately? Thanks so much if you can help xxxx
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hi Christina Rose. The RF heads should never feel hot to the touch and should feel cool (unless you've been using it on the skin for more than 10 minutes and it's warm to the touch right after). The reason for this is because RF generates heat as it passes through the skin cells and not from the device itself.
@jackiea64363 жыл бұрын
Glad your settled and back TJ. I have the same machine, however, l am worried that using it will cause fat loss in the face in addition to building collagen. The last thing l need is fat loss. Are you able to clarify for me. Thank you xx

You'd need to keep it in the same area for a long time. You'll get bored before fat loss is even possible 😂
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
As Broomstick Betty said, facial fat loss is something that ahppens with overuse. Low and slow is always the best way to begin, then increase treatment and intensity as you become more comfortable.

Thanks, TJ!! Would definitely like you to compare this device with the Tipollar you reviewed awhile back. The temperature autosensing feature of the Tripollar is attractive, but is it accurate? Is it worth paying hundreds more? If the only way to verify a device is to buy a $200 camera, then it makes Tripollar more attractive. Could you use a different heat sensing device? I bought a device to heat map areas of my house that need more insulation. I wonder if that would work.

Hey TJ! Turning 44 tomorrow. Did a 30% and 35% TCA peel in the last six months. That really helped sun damage. But would you recommend this for sagging jowls and wrinkles over TCA peels? You are looking fab by the way! xoxo
@TJTutorials3 жыл бұрын
Hey Teri. First of all, happy birthday for tomorrow! 🎂🎈🎉🎊🪅 RF has been amazing for me and has really built up my collagen and elastin levels since I started using it. Peels are more for revealing fresher skin, so it's the uppermost layers. RF forces your body to create type 3 collagen, which is replaced by that much-wanted type 1 collagen over time. I love peel, but I use a combination approach that works from the inside and in the deepest layers to to most superficial ones. 🙂

Thank goodness for your tutorials b/c the manual translation is awful.

Hi :) level three is definitely a good place to be with the flat probes. As they cover a larger surface area, the heat is way more noticeable. If that's your limit, stick with it. Salt only draws moisture out if left to sit. Sea salt is actually a great conditioner for the skin and boosts conductivity.

I prefer to allow the device to heat the skin as RF is designed to penetrate into the mid-layers of the skin and applying surface heat could give false readings of what's actually going on inside. I bought this machine when I was living in Portugal and it was on offer on Amazon.ES. I took a chance on it and it turned out to be an amazing buy. Thank you for this! I purchased a 40k cavitation and RF machine. Do you hear a very loud, high pitch buzzing when using yours? Mine is so loud that I’m a little worried my machine is broken 😔
@deborahwalter29623 жыл бұрын
I only hear the noise when I use the cavitation. When I do RF Just feel heat an some zinging when I leave it on an are a too long or use it at a high setting on my face. The noise with the cavitation is normal and what you want to hear with cavitation.
@lisawhitefriedland3 жыл бұрын
Same here. I have 40k too. Only noise when using RF is the fan motor.
@TJTutorials3 жыл бұрын
As mentioned already, the whining noise is normal with cavitation. RF mode shouldn't create the same sound though. 🙂

Hello sweat, thank for this vidéo Can i loose hello sweaty, i have the radio frequency machine with 40k head for fat removal, i want to know please if it is possible to decrease my cheek fat with the ultrasonic head? 3 years ago the surgeon injected me with too much of my own cheek fat and I find it like a hamsert 😥
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hello :) Cavitation isn't a good idea on the face.

Why are you using an ultrasonic gel for the RF machine and not just a good creme?
@deborahwalter29623 жыл бұрын
You should use a ultrasound gel. I use aloe vera gel when I do mine.
@BLACK.ANGEL.3 жыл бұрын
@@deborahwalter2962 does RF need ultrasoud Gel? I us Aloe Vera Creme and it works fine.
@TJTutorials3 жыл бұрын
You can use creme if it doesn't contain oils or alcohol. Oils can heat up and retain heat, increasing the risk of burns and alcohol can cause pigmentation when heated on the skin. I personally love ultrasound gel as it's loaded with skin-boosting glycerine and is hypoallergenic, but if your creme is working well for you, continue using it. It's all about using what works best for you 🙂 what brand do you use? I'd love to look at it and maybe give it a test.

About how long until it reaches the proper temperature? Like a minute or 2 minutes?
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hi. It depends on the intensity you are using. Level one could take up to 6 minutes or more while level five can take seconds.

@@TJTutorials what about the Evynskin Lumo? Is that fast?

So how long would you say it took once the probe made contact with your skin before it reached the proper temperature to get results?

Around 30 - 40 seconds.

Is RF safe to use all over the neck? I'm concerned because of the thyroid. I used it once on my neck
@TJTutorials Жыл бұрын
Hi. RF should be avoided in the centre of the neck. Using it in that area once by mistake won't be a problem, but the whole thyroid/larynx zone should be avoided in future.

I tryd it on plastic with gel but it did not got a burned hole or mini damage non ! Not like the professionals test does damaged mini priks!... please answer me, i use it 2 times a week . moving it because it just hurts. Thankyou love xxxx
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hi. The professional mini hifu is 100 times stronger than the home devices. The mini hifu works well, but it takes time.
@shazk25063 жыл бұрын
Questions TJ. Do home RF devices melt fat in the face? I want the skin tightening but really don’t want to lose anymore fat off my face than I already have. Also can RF affect threads in the face? What kind of time period would you allow between doing threads & an RF treatment? Apologies if I’ve asked too many questions 🙏🏽
@TJTutorials2 жыл бұрын
Hey Shaz Home RF devices are highly unlikely to cause facial fat loss. WHen compared to professional machines that achieve temperatures of upwards of 90C, they are much gentler. If used conservatively (not every day) there should be little to no issues. I personally found that when I used pdo threads in the past, waiting 4 weeks was sufficient.

❌❌please , I don't have a well-defined jawline,and fuller buccal fat pad ane can I use RF home device 3MHrz in my lower face to lose fat? My goal is to lose the fat on my lower face
@TJTutorials Жыл бұрын
Hi 👋 RF can help to reduce fat in certain areas, but it requires increased usage for longer times. There are other tools, such as HiFu which will give better results in the long term. Also, the buccal fat pad helps the face look younger. If you remove the fat, it can make your face age much faster. Hope this helps.

It can, but avoid the centre of the neck where the thyroid and larynx are.
