With Travis, people lost their lives at a major public event with his name attached to the event. Travis may not have been directly responsible for the lack of security organisation that could have prevented that tragedy, but it's still his festival. That could have put his career on hiatus for a few years but it didn't and that's the point Vlad is making. Society moves on and forgets very quickly. From a financial standpoint alone, Diddy doesn't have to worry about whether people remember what he allegedly did or not, as he's surpassed a certain level of wealth. From an image standpoint, I'm sure Diddy's advisors and PR team have told him to sit down and shut up for the next year or two and that's probably the smartest thing he can do at this point, if there is any chance of salvation for his image in the spotlight.
