alex great video instruction tips for kicks. I study uechi ryu karate and we do some of these kicks like the front kicks and round house kicks. But i am always looking to change up my leg movement better in my training. I feel as martial artists even if our style only uses a few kicks that knowing how to maximize leg placement in sparing or training can be a deal breaker for when it comes to crunch time .
