All the Videos had LIFE and COLOR and SOUL to them and everything felt like it had a magic touch to it. Now we live in the Dark Age aka Last Days. Life isn't what it use to be anymore. +LadySoul502 You see, the only thing I don't like about your comment is the word "Chicks"... Why, because those Ladies are from my generation and as a man, I grew up in the North American "Liberation" of women of the 70's and 80's. And as a young boy-teen, I took those standings from women as cash and just plain common sense and was quite happy about it as I like to look into the eyes of a woman as a unique individual and accept that person/saoul as is. Yeah you can be sure that a submissive woman is a total turn off for me. I put liberation in quote because looking at how things turned out in 2015, with all the pressure for implants, surgeries, sexual submissions promoted by web-porn and current music super star and all of it very well "crafted" in a way that, in my opinion, women traded a cage of Iron knowing they were chained for one of Gold truly beleiving they are free while still submited to the archaics male paradigme... But a cage is a cage at the end of the day and girls need to wake up AGAIN about this. Anyway, those girls were not "Chicks" wich is a typical conditioning of todays tagging of peoples... TLC was all about girls thinking, doing and living their own lives withing their own women view point and you take it or leave it. 25 years later, I am sad to see that the male vision figured out a way to "get into the brains of the girls" to twist and manipulate them... Again... to make them think that they are free while they are captive. I know because I am a male and know about all those "mind games" which have been working for centuries... I just did not wanted to apply them to remain coherent with my beleifs... The pop stars of nowadays, yes by all means I do agree with you that they are just "Chicks" playing and promoting the role expected to them by our patriarcal society to keep the womens chained while being absolutely sure that they are doing all this because they are free... If your a woman and think that, you are following the centuries/millenia conditioning by male.... "There is no better Slave than one who thinks he/she is free" The base "Message" of TLC in the 90's address to the Women was lost in the 2000's and above and this is very sad how peoples forget or are simply ignorant of social history. Time for women to have a flash of waking up again....

The sad thing about this video is that despite the fun these girls had, they lived sad lives behind this video and upbeat music. Keep in mind that T-Boz was suffering from sickle cell disease during the time this video came out, and despite the success these girls had with hits like this, they were still broke. Really sad when you get past the music.

@smsbackupcarlos9 жыл бұрын
Rigo Martinez hahaha, living legend very funny, I bet you would bend over for Kobe and call it, a very consensual encounter with a legend because you adore him don't you. Fact is that he never recover after coming back from that one injury in which he was suppose to take almost a full year to recover he came back in 4 months because he though of himself as special. He forgot that he is still a human being, not immortal not a legend not beyond common sense. After he came back so early he injure his other side of the body, why because his body was compensating for the side that had not completely heal correctly. Now if you remember right this is the man that who in average was putting up 45 and above points per game before his initial injury. After the injury and concurrent other injuries for his body not healing properly, I believe as one of the other comment in here mention he only score around 25 points per game and not all games, Now compare that to 45 or higher points, then that would give close to 55 or 60 percent not 100 percent do the math. Oh, and the last couple of years his number have been truly horrible. Yes he brought championships to the Lakers but he ddin't do it alone for the first two championships he had Hack a Shaq cherry picking on every game back in the days when Shaquile was unstoppable. Oh and why did Shaq had to leave the Lakers? Because Kobe complaint like a bitch about being the[ dog in the Lakers franchise. Now I know you have heard that Kobe makes the rookies kiss his rings or ring because he thinks his the godfather of the NBA, When we all know his career has been down.

Cause that was the only source for new music, was going to the store. I also remember running all over to find certain albums, going from store to store until finally finding what I was looking for, and there only being one cassette tape left in stock. It was like I struck gold. I'd be grinning from ear to ear! Just to unwrap that new cassette and flip through the booklet in the backseat of my mom's car, waiting to get home so I could run to my room, close the door, and pop that tape in!
