Sickle cell is like a quiet pain, because it is so unexplainable when doctors or others ask me. You become almost numb or out of body and just think of a better place then the pain you are going thru.

Lisa is looking down on her two sisters and she is crying tears of pride for these two warrior women. I hope they know just how proud she is of them. Strong, courageous, brave, and joyfully positive!!! I have serious acid reflux to the point where it kicks off my asthma. I’ve had to go to the emergency room twice because of it. It’s serious stuff. It burns my esophagus and vocal chords. It’s like swallowing acid and the feeling of burning hurts so bad. You cough so hard, you can’t control it which is when my asthma kicks off.

I love them so much I always have since the 90s in 1992 I remember jamming there first album as it was coming out. I love there bond and like they always said they never broke up there sisters and sisters argue and fight all the time and say mean things to eachother but the love never dies. I know Lisa is so proud of them and has been looking down on them and being there guardian angel PS it is so cute how they have matching rings one gold and one silver

I raised the head of my bed 5 1/2" for inclined bed therapy. It's been a month and I'm just getting used to sleeping inclined. I used to get real bad sinus pressure headaches sleeping flat. So far, my headaches have lessened already.

For acid reflux, what worked for me was chiropractor. 3 cracks mapping to digestive track, stomach and large intestine. 1 visit changed the whole flow after months of fighting via diet, exercise, etc.. Also agree with apple cider vinegar in small doses, but be careful, it is not good for teeth.

Apple Cider Vinegar nearly KILLED my ass! I INSTANTLY knew something was wrong before I could even finish the 2nd gulp. I ended up being admitted to the hospital after rushing to the ER. I had esophageal burns. It was a long 3.5 days in the hospital.
