Arizona is in fact a community property state! So it doesn’t matter that Robyn’s name isn’t actually on the lots. She is the only legal wife therefore she owns what he owns! Should someone tell Meri why the pond is a big deal - it’s because Meri wouldn’t let the kids, when they were all living in the big house in Utah, cut through her apartment to get to the other side of the house. They had to go outside and go in another door, in all kinds of weather. So Janelle is worried that if the pond is on Meri’s property, she will control when people can use it.
