I was a nanny for 12 years. I am thinking you would benefit from a house keeper and a "household manager" more than a Nanny per se. So two people different specialties. At the end of my Nanny career I worked at an agency as a temporary nanny. I mostly did hotel gigs for vacationers, but sometimes I stepped in as a household manager. That person makes sure all schedules run smoothly, gets the kids to their locations on time, manages other employees, (like the housekeeper, landscaper etc.) does grocery runs etc. Thats what I think you need most. That person can also arrange a babysitter, or may be willing to do light babysitting when you need a person after school or as a fill in. I am currently a graphic designer, and a mother of a teenager. Im sure you have things figured out, we are only shown a snippet on TV, but if you need advice on this Busby family, please Message me!

Dang people are so dang judgy yet nobody has this many kids to watch. People are not honest with themselves. I have four year old that even she does alot herself but how many times do you have to ask before it gets done, not everything can be done by these kids sure they have some chores but there are so many more complex chores that cant be done by kids of this age. They cant cook their dinner or clean the inside of the oven or use toxic cleaning products list goes on. The mental load of having this many kids is a job itself just the management of the kids. Karen we get it you had three kids and did it all yourself except you have three kids of three different ages 10, 8 and 6 only one yoi really needed to help. They have 5 with the same abilities. People say the word nanny and they freak out lets be honest from jealousy. You consider it too if you had that much money lets be honest.

Good for her. Just because it was possible doesn't mean it was easy and it doesn't mean that everyone had to be a martyr. If they have the ability to hire somebody that will help make life easier, free up some time or ease some of the stress then why not. Just because your mom didn't have help doesn't mean she couldn't have used it.

Just now needing a nanny?!? Well damn props to Danielle making it thus far I definitely wouldve got one earlier with All that money that Adam makes!! ....Also I wish that well off people would normalize giving their kids ultimatums. Do all the Quints really need to be playing multiple sports with conflicting schedules simultaneously?? They arent even 10yrs old like be fr. Make them all play in the same league or the same sport for a few years while they are younger and still similar in personality. Once those teens hit you all will have 5 girls with different dreams intrests and personalities. I would them uniform them for as long as they can. It will make them appreciate individuality more as an adolescent.
@stephanie-fh5qv4 ай бұрын
They had nannies when the kids were little, you can see them in the old episodes. I think its great that they get to have their individual interests validated and dont need to compromise, because they can afford that. And a teenager is very able to take the bus to activities by themselves.
@stephanie-fh5qv4 ай бұрын
On the other hand, i dont understand why they dont get the quints to do things for themselves at this age. Then can help in the kitchen, with the laundry and clean their rooms by themselves. Used to be the norms in the 80s and 90s.

I love Riley. I love Crystal and Dale, that are great. They do a lot for Adam and Danielle, great helpers. Not sure why Danielle keeps thinking her life is more chaotic or more work just because she has six kids. Lots of people have more than six kids and they do just fine. Danielle needs to talk to the Derrico's; they also have a show on TV as well. They have 14 children, several sets of multiples. Talk to them if you need help, other than a therapists help. They can help you. They live in Vegas.
