Thank you, Mehlomato! In the announcement teaser for Alone in the Spores, you are hearing one of the songs by Zachary Farmer that he has composed for the Alone in the Spores album. The specific song I used in this teaser is called "The Girl Who Cried WLF". These songs will be publicly released when Alone in the Spores debuts in early 2022.

I've grown up with this series! It's played a huge role in what inspires me to create stories of my own. So excited for the live-action series, that upcoming multiplayer... and ALONE IN THE SPORES! That seems like an epic concept. I'm all in!

The image reveal actually has me highly interested to see how the HBO series goes. I was skeptical of the casting myself (even though I love both the actor and actress) but the image alone eases doubt. And I am super excited to be a part of your upcoming project and to see it in action once its finished.

As always, the level head and voice I wish were shared by all. I know to expect polarization and ugliness. I know it. But expecting it doesn’t mean I’m not consistently surprised by its manifestations. There were plenty on Outbreak Day. A lot of it stemmed from news articles inflating Naughty Dog’s teasers and all but promising online or DLC content when the studio made no such claims. The group mind worked itself up like kids on Christmas - and then so many turned savagely on the studio for these imagined sleights. Naughty Dog owes me nothing. For $60, I received hundreds of hours of gameplay, writing, discussion, music, videos, contemplation, and storytelling.

I actually really love the way Naughty dog handles everything lately - like you said, they obviously can’t reveal much more than what they did. But they always try to stay connected to their fans and I think that’s amazing. Also the picture from the series seriously made me doubt for a sec, I thought it was from the game itself.
