I love both Ambassadors and I hate when people compare them to Sauvage! It's way way better and different. Ladies were literally stopping me on the street and ask what I wear. Even guys ask what is this fragrance. Everytime I wear them people ask about them. 10/10 for both!

I bought the Issey Miyake "Shades of Kolam" about two years ago. I like it, and I hope to wear it more often, especially during summer season. I'm glad you finally got to try it. Years ago, you helped me to decide to add my first Issey fragrance to my collection which is "L'Eau D'Issey Pour Homme Intense", and I like that one a lot.

Ambassador has definitely a Sauvage vibe but the prominent note for me is a strong synthetic mango, so if youre not into this you probably wont like it. Ambassador Intense is very close to Sauvage Elixir in the top note but again the mango comes around after some time.

I get Layton-ish effervescent vibes from it but mango as opposed to apple from the Gisada original. The intense is a better Sauvage Elixir imo.

I really love a lot of fragrances. I own a little over 300 now. But men.. I really dislike the smell of the Gisada Ambassador line. It's like something is really off. My GF hates it also. And her friends too. I thought maybe it's skin chemistry but also of a tester strip. And I tested a different batch in the stores as well.

I dont think there is any lavander oil that smells like ambroxan, companies just avoid to put all notes they used to create fragrance, as far as I know amboxan is derivated from clary sage essencial oil, sweet smelling type of sage, but shower gel smell can be coming from lavander, a lot of shower gels contain linalool(one of the man components of lavander essencial oil). Sorry about nerding Ross(If I "sounded" like smart ass), can't wait for review of all these fragrances 😊

I’ve worn Gisada Ambassador quite a bit and every time I spray it on, I think its the most beautiful thing I’ve ever smelled but…. 6 hours later and the scent will start to annoy you because that tropical ambroxan from the opening doesnt change at all. This mf is too stroooong!
