Toni, you are such an excellent teacher! I have tried to do cables for at least a year and always gave up after each attempt. This video is amazingand my square looks great! Than you much! ❤

Thank you for your demonstration. I am a person that needs to watch first before I “do”. I have saved this to use over again. I also appreciate your showing how to block items. It truly makes even a re-beginner comfortable!

I did this stitch in a shawl last year and it was difficult at first. I made notes on the pattern so I would understand it and that really helped. It's a beautiful stitch.

I just came back into crocheting after years of keeping it in the closet. This pattern is AMAZING! I tried something similar years ago, had no idea what the terminology was!

Every time I finish a crochet piece with cable stitches I think it looks so good. But then I remember it’s such a pain in the butt!!

I love your videos. Ever notice how that foundation row stitch looks just like the edge of the tunisian crocheting?

Thank you for this tutorial ❤Can you do a tutorial on how to do the cables in 2 different colors???

I purchased a pattern for a scarf for my aunt for Christmas. It's a yo-slip stitch pattern, and I am not at all confident I'm going to be able to figure it out. I'm thinking the 33-count square just elongated would work just fine for a scarf!

Can foundation stitches be done with suzette or moss stitches?

Just a heads up Toni: your blog says to do fsc and then a row of sc, not fhdc and then a row of sc! Made the mistake of following that part on the blog, then came to the video and realized I had to frog everything. 😅
