I started with the braided Tunisian ear warmer and so this one is MUCH simpler than that one. I have fallen in LOVE with Tunisian crochet. I have only been crocheting for about two years and you are easier to learn from than anyone I have found so far. Thank you for imparting your skill and knowledge to the rest of us, Toni! I really appreciate it!

I did it! My first ever completed crochet project, Tunisian or otherwise. It's a little crooked, I can see every missed stitch, but it's mine and I am so proud of it. I have to say, I look darn cute in it. I finished it just in time for the start of cold weather here in the Southern Hemisphere. Thank you so much Toni! You make everything so much easier with your soothing voice and clear explanations.

Hey Tony, I’ve been following you with all your crochet projects as I’ve been crocheting for over 40 years, but I never thought I would be doing any Tunisian crochet. Thank you! you are terrific! you’re teaching an old dog new tricks. XXXOOO! (And I see that you’ve grown since your first lesson. Lots more confidence still a fantastic teacher!)

I've tried and tried to do tunisian crochet without watching a video and finally gave up..Now that I've watched this video I know I can do it. Tunisian crochet is quite amazing. You make it to where anyone can do it.. I've been crocheting since 1981 and have never tried this kind of crochet but now I'm hooked in a huge way. Thank you for making it so simple to where anyone can do it whether a beginner or a Novice. I truly appreciate your doing this video for all of us who wanted to know more.

Hello! i'm a new subscriber and I hope you read this comment. I love to comment on videos that are helpful to me. I watched your Absolute Beginner's Guide to Tunisian Crochet and 5 Simple stitches for Tunisian Crochet Beginners and I was hooked. After a little practice I decided to try this pattern. I have been diagnosed with ALS and the disease has robbed me of my ability to sew garments and continue my quilting but I can still knit and crochet. Too many "how to"" KZbinrs don't make their instructions easy enough for people with disabilities but yours was excellent. My first 2 rows are kinda wonky because I have also lost some of my fine motor skills but I kept going and it's looking okay. I want to try the braided one next after I obtain a tunisian hook. Thank you for your videos. UPDATE: The finished project's tension is awful but it is warm on my head and ears. All the more reason to get a tunisian hook and try it again. lol

Thank you for a great pattern! I really like that it's cinched, especially for my first tunisian project. My tension changed as I started to get comfortable with the stitches, and since it evened out close to the middle, the end that was wonky became less noticeable due to cinching, so you can't really even tell it was off. Your tutorial was easy to follow and understand. Thank you!

Really happy with how my ear warmer turned out - I did end up doing a few extra rows, but I used a 6mm hook.
