Very good comparison, thanks for this vid! I have both of them and love them to death. I don't even bother GHK or other GBBR brands, none of those could match shooting performance of these two jewels from TM.

Thanks for your comment! I never was into AKs until I bought the TM AKM and now I’m hooked! I definitely agree if your main priority is performance. Although sometimes it’s good to try something new once in a while.

@@GBBEnthusiast Thanks! I got a WE SCAR-H gbbr too and I love the recoil. And since every gbbr rifle is always a significant investment, I stick only with the best in performance for each model. Btw for TM I own MTR16 G-edition (not M4) but they are the same internal I believe.

@@ayahdawanandito8096 That’s awesome! I’m also looking to add a SCAR-H to my collection but I’m not 100% sure whether to get the VFC or WE. I had a WE SCAR-L way back with full steel internals and regret selling it, but I still want the H model. The MTR-16 G edition is really cool especially if you like the black and gold colour. I checked out your channel and you have some really nice guns on it. Keep it up and you’ve just earned a sub!

@@GBBEnthusiast Thanks bud! Just sub to yours as well, great contents you have! Actually one of my wish is to buy VFC's SCAR-H SSR, which looks absolutely realistic. I love this DMR and I already have the AEG version from WE. But after watching a review from Korean youtuber, I decide to hold. Seems like the construction is weak, and grouping is poor (very important for DMR). Plus here in Europe the price is close to €1000, so it's not worth it. @@ayahdawanandito8096 My pleasure, thanks for your kind words! Looking at the VFC SCAR-H SSR, that’s definitely a big boy gun. I used to have a VFC SCAR-L back in the day and I remember VFC also made a SSR AEG but an SSR GBBR that’s unreal! If you do end up getting it in the future I’d definitely want to see a video, there’s just something special about those GBBR battle rifles. Every GBBR has its problems but I guess it’s what you have to sacrifice to have something you really enjoy. You may not even have to skirmish with it and can just use it for plinking since you already have the TM MTR.

Well, no wonder you've replaced the front end, OOTB looks awfully plasticky. But is that the OEM stock with tape wrapped around it? A zenitco stock replica would look real nice on the gun.

Yes, sir. The plastic furniture is horrible and I had to get rid of it ASAP. I actually bought it used and fortunately the previous owner already did the dust cover and handguard. I’m actually looking for a Zenitco PT-1 stock but I need the Zenitco adapter for the PT-1 to fit the AKM receiver. Not to mention, it’s near impossible to find PT-1s right now.

Aww man that’s sad to hear. Full auto is really fun but it also breaks your GBBR 5x as fast haha. Most people run semi only in CQB and it’s better to train with semi for trigger pull and sight picture.

It’s completely stock. Only the externals are upgraded.

Hi, the dust cover I used is the LCT Airsoft ZB-33 CNC Dust Cover Scope Mount for AK.

@@ngjim1016 Yes, I believe so. The dust cover takes 2 screws that connect to the handguard but I only use 1 and it stays on there. For your information the rail I bought is the: Raptor TWI B-30U Railed Handguard w/ B-31N Low Profile Top Handguard for AK AEG / GBB Rifles.
